Report an infringement

1. How to contact us

If you believe use of material in Konspekto infringes your rights or the law, email support@konspek.to. The operator is Kulikov Aleksandr Vladislavovich, self-employed and a payer of Russian tax on professional income, Taxpayer ID (INN) 662608013611, Russia.

The working languages of this procedure are Russian and English. A Spanish interface does not mean there is a separate Spanish-speaking support team. A report in Spanish is not rejected solely because of its language; we may ask for clarification when needed.

2. Information to provide

Provide a reply contact; identify the work and disputed material (title, author, edition, link or available file/order identifier, if you have one); describe the infringement and grounds for your claim. If acting for a rights holder, explain your authority. Confirm that the report is made in good faith and the information is accurate to your knowledge. The absence of a public link to a private book is not by itself grounds for rejection: information sufficient to locate the material, or subsequent clarification, is enough.

Do not send sign-in links, passwords, excessive personal details or the full book file unless requested. Information is used to handle the report and protect rights; disclosure to the other party is limited to what is necessary and lawful.

3. Handling and decision

We acknowledge receipt by email and review reports within 5 working days, or within 10 working days for reports from rights holders. If necessary, we request missing information and explain the next steps. Any shorter mandatory statutory deadline takes priority.

For a confirmed infringement, proportionate steps are taken to stop unlawful processing or access. If an order is stopped without a result, the credit reservation is released; no final deduction is made for a missing result. Deletion and restrictions are applied to the necessary extent, taking account of the law and affected persons' rights. We do not promise universal automatic blocking of all repeated files or deletion of all backups with one button.

The complainant and affected user are informed of the decision and its grounds where lawful and consistent with others' rights. Unnecessary personal data and confidential information are not disclosed to the other party.

4. Review and other remedies

To request review, reply to the decision email and identify the information or grounds to be reconsidered. Reports are considered on their merits; there is no automatic rejection solely for absence of a public URL. This procedure does not remove recourse to a competent authority or court or make support the only remedy.

Users' books and personal summaries are not intended for public publication. A separate public example has its own source and legal basis; permission for it does not follow from a user's acceptance of these terms.
